[Recap]
1.Listening to Gotye and day dreaming of you.
This has been a common occurence, this song seems to sum up a lot of what has been circling around my head since late 2011. Relationships are like water; sometimes they quench a thirst and other times they slip through your fingers and onto the floor. It feels at times like someone is standing on my chest with ice skates on, other times I get philisophical and ignore everything we ever shared. It makes you realise just how finite everything is and how fruitless the pursuit of happiness through others truly can be. Le temps détruit tout indeed…
2.Making the decision to save and go travelling.
One of my best friends and his fiance went travelling for five months, in which they had the most extraordinary time across Asia and Oceania. They came back rewarded, I came nowhere and realised how much I am missing of the world. My life suddenly filled with purpose knowing that I’ve been wasting it sitting behind a desk talking to dickheads all day.
Sick of drinking beer and wanting to enjoy the finer things in life I have made a decison to discover wine.
Thanks to the local wine whoesaler I am now £50 out of pocket and obsessed with good quality wine.
This will prove to be my rather sophisticated downfall.

Interview with one of my favourite artists; David Shrigley
David Shrigley has supplied drawings and directed music videos for Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy and Blur. He has also released spoken-word albums of his own. He makes scary and funny and smart drawings. The subjects of his art have included taxidermied animals and salt-and-pepper shakers. Mr. Shrigley’s work is in the collections of major museums. A lot of people have tattoos of his images. His materials have included teeth, paper, spray paint, bronze, and crushed ladders. We conducted this interview over the internet in the summer of 2011.
